Subdivision of land in Beldon (Area 7) has begun. Known by several names, Subdividing, Infill, Housing Opportunity Areas and recently Neighbourhood Place, they all mean the same thing.

New Planning Framework for Infill Development has been released for viewing by councillors (April 2019) and if approved submitted to State Government for approval which will allow for open consultation by the community.
